1) The site "https://letsxl.co.uk" is operated by LetsXL Limited for the purpose
of providing online Insurance Products and/or online tenant referencing products.
Access and use of these web sites is subject to the following terms and conditions
of use. By accessing these sites you signify your acceptance of these terms and
conditions of use.
2) LetsXL Insurance products are specifically designed for the lettings marketplace,
and are provided to landlords or tenants or letting agents (hereinafter referred
to as "you").
3) Payment for the services may be made prior to receiving your insurance schedule,
otherwise if cheque or direct debit payment is selected, we will email the schedule
to you on receipt of the monies.
4) You will be informed of the cost of the product before you purchase. Please be
aware that the cost will include an administration charge and I.P.T. (Insurance
Premium Tax) at the prevailing rate for Insurance products and will attract V.A.T.(Value
Added Tax) at the prevailing rate for referencing products.
5) For Insurance related products, refunds will be made where a cancellation is
actioned on your policy. This will be in the form of a refund cheque issued by us
within 30 days of the cancellation of any policy.
6) Online insurance product purchases may be input online 24 hours a day.
7) Access to our online services may be prevented by factors outside of LetsXL reasonable
control. LetsXL accepts no responsibility for any loss incurred from such an event.
8) Should LetsXL send or receive information that is inaccurate or incomplete arising
from any data-entry error, LetsXL accept no responsibility or liability in connection
with that error.
9) We are committed to protecting all the information we gather. No information
will be disclosed, unless otherwise agreed, to any other party other than our business
partners for business transaction purposes.
10) Any complaints regarding standards of service or of any other nature should
be made in writing direct to the Quality Manager at LetsXL Limited, Williams House,
Mochdre Business Park, Colwyn Bay. LL28 5HE
